Why am I unable to process a refund?
If you run sales through our merchant account, ShowClix is responsible for issuing refunds. You must contact email@example.com to begin the process. Please include info about the event, the customer, the order ID and details about whether we are issuing a partial or full refund and refunding fees when requesting.
If you are using your own merchant account, you are responsible for issuing your own refunds.
